The Opportunities
John 4:34-38. The disciples were thinking of the physical harvest of grain. Jesus was saying there is a spiritual harvest.
Matt. 9:36-38. Jesus wanted the disciples to recognize the peoples’ needs, as he wants Christians to today. There are people who are searching and looking today. Will there be the people there to teach them?
Matt. 28:19-20. Everyone on the globe needs to hear the gospel.
Mark 16:15-16. Go to the whole world.
Luke 24:45-47. Forgiveness of sins will be preached to all the nations.
Robert’s daughter, Erica, teaches English in China and on a recent visit Robert had a chance to share how to become a Christian in front of a packed classroom. There are people who are hungry for The Word.

The Need
Eph. 2:11-18. You were formerly without Christ and without hope just as those who are seeking today. The message being spread today helps people learn to live in hope, cope with loneliness, and live with a purpose.

The Responses
Many of the recent converts overseas were atheists as recently as a few weeks before their conversions.
Eph.2:19-22. We are being built together as Christians.
Acts 16:4-15. God will take The Word where it needs to go to reach the people. People are hungry for The Word.
Are We Ready?
2 Tim. 4:1-5. Be ready to preach sound doctrine.
1 Pet. 3:13-15. You are blessed if you are ready. We need to be ready in all circumstances to respond as God wills us to.
