Because God knows us, we should be anxious to know.
- No Knowledge Of God
The Jews should have known God.
1 Cor. 15:34
Some of the early Christians did not have knowledge of God.
1 Thess. 4:3-5
Those who know God, show that by their lifestyles.
We must know God to know righteousness. God grieves because we don’t know him.
- God Makes Himself Known
1 Cor. 1:21
We can’t know God without his help. We can’t do this based on our own strength and efforts. God has reached down to us to help us know him.
The main way we know God is through Jesus, the Son. If you Jesus, you know God.
The more we Jesus, the more we know God.
2 Cor. 2:14
There is sweetness to the gospel. Accepting the gospel into our lives is a pleasure.
God is the focus. Christians know they are known by God.
- Seeking God
Reach out to God and be glad as you get to know him.
Obey God and serve him.
Those who look for God will find him. God is seeking a relationship with each of us.
